Pretty good so far I’ve had this mat for about three weeks now, and use the mat about 3-4 times a week. I bought this mat after extensive research, both through the reviews here and also elsewhere online. After reading, I’ve been really careful with the care of the mat. Seemed like good quality, but was wrong! I finally decided to invest in a quality yoga mat. I was really happy with this mat for the first two months as the gripping was solid, no slipping, and made my practice more enjoyable. The natural rubber smell did not bother me. However, after two months for regular use (2-3 times a week) and regular care (wiping down with damp cloth after every use), there is now a hole near where my feet go for downward dog.
