I’ve been sleeping better at night for the last couple of weeks with this bolster under my knees. My chiropractor recommended that I try to consistently sleep on my back, but that was sometimes difficult. With this under my knees, I stay on my back for more of the night and my lower back is more relaxed in this knees-slightly-up position.
