I like it. I will however, say that I have to move around a lot to find a good stretch for me. I don’t really find that it would be fair to mark it down too much for that, because I’m NOTORIOUSLY super flexible. So to the average person, this is probably a good stretch for them. Only 4 stars to “warn” those of us who are just shy of being contortionists. This may not help you…but again, it has helped me. And every chiropractor and physical therapist I’ve had has made comments about…
